How does Santiao protect my chat privacy?
Santiao uses end-to-end encryption. All messages can only be read by the communicating parties. We do not store any chat logs, and our servers do not retain any message content.
Will my chat history be lost?
Chat history is stored locally on your device by default. If you switch devices, you can migrate your chat history using our backup feature.
How do I add friends?
You can share your unique ID with friends to add them, or scan their QR code. Santiao does not require a phone number to add friends.
